TITP – Technical Intern Training Program in Japan

The Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) was established in Japan to provide foreign nationals with opportunities to acquire skills, technologies, and knowledge through practical training and work experience in Japan.

Under the TITP system, trainees work with approved organizations and companies while receiving practical training in their selected field. The program has been used in sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, construction, food processing, textiles, and nursing care.

Main Features of TITP

* Practical training and work experience in Japan
* Skill development in specific occupational fields
* Workplace-based training under approved organizations
* Opportunities to develop Japanese language and professional skills
* Requirements and procedures based on the relevant program rules

Important Update

Japan is moving from the existing TITP system to a new employment and skills-development system. Therefore, students and applicants should check the latest official rules before planning an application.

Anzen Japanese Language Centre provides Japanese language education and guidance for students interested in Japan-related study, work, and career opportunities.

Note: Eligibility, application procedures, and available routes may change under Japan’s immigration and employment policies.
